The Hound Dog puppies are looking for their new families. Almost 10 weeks old they are doing well on learning to go on puppy pads, but will not go in their bedding area. They let you know they have to go. All beautiful and very smart. Email information@pethelpersinc.org to adopt one of these babies.

Sadie is the mom of the beautiful Lab mix babies we had. She is about a year and a half old and will be spayed before joining her forever family.
Abby is a little over a year old, a medium sized(under 30 lbs) mixed breed, possibly with some Beagle. She is a fun loving girl who loves kids and does well with other dogs. She is house trained and crate trained. She would be a great addition to any family. If you would like her part of your family, send an email to information@pethelpersinc.org
Darcy is a beautiful girl. We believe she is an American Bulldog mix, possibly with Lab. She is about 5-6 months old, spayed and up to date on shots. She is currently in a foster home with children and other dogs. Email information@pethelpersinc.org for an application if Darcy would complete your family.

Tired after a long adoption day

This is Holly..she is a Christmas miracle found in Kumbrabow State Forest on Christmas day by a local couple on thier way to visit relatives for the holiday. She had been severely injured.....either attacked by another animal or possibly shot and was found lying in a ditch along the road. She was a muddy bloody mess but they loaded her in the car and headed back home with her. They asked for Pet Helpers assistance to get her vet care and a new home. Holly has some brain damage and tilts her head and walks in circles some. She may also have some hearing loss. She is thought to be a Blue Heeler mix about 1 year old.....very sweet and definately adoptable. I don't know if I would consider her a special needs dog but maybe just needs someone special that would be understanding of her and accept her as she is......is that you????? Her rescuers would aslo like us to find her a new foster home because they think she would progress better if someone could spend more time with her than they can. If interested in helping Holly email information@pethelpersinc.org

This is Carlos. His foster mom says he is making wonderful progress on his housetraining and manners. She says he is a delightful little dog. We believe he is Chi and either Jack Russel or Fox Terrier mix weighs 7 lbs and is 9 months old. He has gorgeous golden eyes......send email for an application to information@pethelpersinc.org

Toby is looking for a family to call his own. He is housebroken, neutered and UTD on shots!!! Would do best in a family without small children under the age of 8.  He is in a foster home with other dogs and also does well with cats. If interested in Toby, send an email to information@pethelpersinc.org and request an application or call 304-672-7387.

Milli  is 7 month old, spayed, flea treated and up to date with her shots. Her owner came on hard times and was evicted from where she was living. Her owner loves her very much and asked Pet Helpers to find her a good home. Milli is very sweet and loves to give kisses. She is not fully house trained but working very hard on that. We are not 100% sure of what Milli's breed is. She is 40 lbs and the vet said she will not get any bigger. If you can open up your heart and your home for Milli, she will be a wonderful addition to any family. Contact Pet Helpers at information@pethelpersinc.org or call 304-672-7387.

 Manny

Manny is a sweet senior looking for a loving home.  We believe he is Chihuahua mixed with either Rat Terrier or Jack Russell.  He is probably 8-10 years old and recovering from being hit by a car.  He has lots of love to give and deserves a second chance at happiness.

Poco is a 2 year old Chihuahua taken from Animal Control a few weeks ago. He is now ready to be adopted to an adult home. What a little cutie he is....loves to go for a walk everyday and gets along well with the dog in the home. He loves to sit with you so if you are looking for a lap warmer Poco is the dog for you. If interested email information@pethelpersinc.org and request an application

Big Red is a stray from the Mannington area and was pulled him from Animal Control. He has been a pet at one time..he can sit, shake, stay and lie down so someone has taken the time to teach him. He has been fixed and vaccinated and is ready for a good home. He is a teddy bear. Email information@pethelpersinc.org for an application.

Miah is about 3 years old and was very ill, close to death when our Veterinarians worked their magic on her. She started her recovery slowly, but seems to be back to almost full strength in both body and spirit. She is a wonderful dog who is grateful for love and will give it back to you a dozen times over..If you think that you could be Miah's forever person, email information@pethelpersinc.org

 Kiesel

Kiesel is a 2-3 year old female mixed breed. She was found as a stray and will be spayed and ready for her forever home. She is very sweet, likes children, cats and other dogs. She doesn't like to get into a car but rides well after she is in. Does well in a crate and seems to be house broken. She has been going on daily walks with her foster mom as does great on a leash.

This beauty is a 1-2 year old female, spayed, tested and wants a family of her own.

Kitties

These 8 kitties are from 2 different litters that were dropped off at the same farm. They are under a year old and have all been spayed or neutered, flea treated and rabies shot. They have not been handled a lot but she can hold them. They were kept in the basement after their surgery and all used the litter box so they would train easily.  They are currently living as outdoor kitties but there are too many for her to care for.  The vet care has already been done, so all you need to add is food and love!
